Examination 911

Examination 911 is the exam for the positions of Cleaner, Custodian, and Custodial Laborer. These positions are exclusively for veterans of the United States Armed Forces (who are entitled to veteran preference) and present employees.

The exam is popularly known as Following Instructions, also a part of the 430 Battery Test and Examination 460. Applications for the positions of cleaner, custodian, and custodial laborer will be required to take Examination M/N 911 to test their ability to interpret and follow instructions. During the test, directions for answering questions will be given orally. You are to listen closely to the directions and follow them. You’ll record your answers to each question on the answer sheet. The suggested answers to each question are lettered. You’ll select the best answers to each questions.
